Simpson, Ph.D., is the former Vice President of Academic Affairs at Houston Baptist University and currently serves as an educational consultant in higher education with a focus on special education and accreditation issues. Vicky G. Spencer, Ph.D., is an associate professor and director of the Graduate Program in Applied Behavior Analysis at Shenandoah University.
