Consultation has long been a topic of key importance in U.S. School Psychology and has recently gained more attention in Educational Psychology worldwide. This handbook coheres leading research on the topic from all over the world, providing researchers and students, a foundationally global perspective on consulation in educational settings. In twenty-three chapters from leading experts, on the theory and practice of consultation. The increasing diversity of the U.S. population has brought to the foreground the need to emphasize and promote multicultural competence in training, theory, and practice of school psychologists.
