Alexander W. Wiseman, PhD, is Professor of Educational Leadership & Policy in the College of Education at Texas Tech University, USA. Dr. Wiseman conducts comparative educational research on educational policy and practice using large-scale education datasets, information and communication technology (ICT), teacher preparation, professional development and curriculum as well as school leadership activity.
