Nature Photo Therapy is a book about why getting out in Nature with a camera helps people. In it Heather explores why it is beneficial to peoples mental, emotional and physical health looking at Forest Bathing research. Using a camera she believes helps people slow down and really look at the wonders around them. She shares tips on how to enjoy Nature photography fully and encourages everyone to use their senses to allow Nature to support and ground them. Heather is an award winning photographer, Author, Nature lover and Energy Clearer who has worked with groups for years.
