Way KuoWay Kuo is the President of City University of Hong Kong. He is a member of the U. S. National Academy of Engineering, and Academia Sinica; also a Foreign Member of the Chinese Academy of Engineering. In addition to his expertise in design for reliability, Kuo is known for promoting curriculum of relevance to societal needs and problem-driven research. Kuo received Ph. D. degree from Kansas State University and B.S. degree in nuclear engineering from National Tsing Hua University.郭位郭位於清華大學核工系畢業後，在美國堪薩斯州立大學取得博士學位。現為香港城市大學校長；美國國家工程院、台灣中央研究院院士，也是中國工程院的外籍院士。除了是電子設計可靠度方面的專家，其也以問題導向的研究、促進教育課程結合社會需求而聞名。Mark E. TroyMark E. Troy is the Associate Director of Measurement and Research Services at TAMU. He is an expert on designing the course appraisal system. He has published widely on educational program evaluations, survey research, and student ratings of faculty. He earned M. A. degree from Washington University and Ph. D. degree from the University of Hawaii, both in psychology.Mark E.
